Big Ez is a brand devoted to authenticity, with a strong interest in repurposing materials.

 As a designer and artist my mixed heritage causes me to reconcile disparities in my work, often mixing natural fibres and colours with abrasive human-made materials and sickly neon accents. Im deeply interested in what it means to be a ‘Brit’ and all the caveats that come alongside that. Pride and pain.

As peoples of the Caribbean we have been stripped and redressed of our identities on continuum. Through storytelling, humour and costume we managed to hide our ancestral paradise from prying hands. Caribals is a story of personal demons and self-understanding.
