International orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked

CUSTOMS: Please be aware of any customs charges that may be incurred on international orders once. The buyer is responsible for paying these.

Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Items are NON REFUNDABLE. 

Exchanges will be offered on items with severe manufacturing faults.

NOTE this does not include inconsistencies in dye or hand painted items.

Expect minor imperfections on hand painted items due to the nature of the in-house process.
